The MSF Basic RiderCourse (BRC) is intended for the beginning rider or someone who wants a full refresher course. The BRC includes the following training – 5 hour online learning component (ePackage 1 eCourse), an in-person classroom and 10 hours on the motorcycle. This class is given over 2 days. Successful completion of this class including passing the riding skills evaluation yields a completion card good to waive the NY State motorcycle road test.
